03 Deposit & Payment Methods

04 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawing your winnings at kkkk is simple, but a few rules apply to help prevent fraud and money laundering — rules that are ultimately in place to protect you.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made on bonus funds.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if KYC verification is incomplete.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳ 10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳ 500 is required to qualify. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 30x the total of your deposit plus bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements — see the offer page for full details.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings is ৳5,000.
• Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent deposits will result in permanent account termination.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

A set of general rules applies to all bets and games on kkkk. These rules are the same for every player and ensure a fair gaming environment for all.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, all related bets will be voided.

• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkkk platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other players.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment details.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your kkkk account at any time. Equally, kkkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a rule violation.

To close your account, email us at support@kkkk.ws. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If you'd like to self-exclude, we're here to help with that too.

• If a rule violation is confirmed, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• If KYC verification fails, the account will be temporarily suspended.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be closed after a warning is sent.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, both the account and any funds held within it will be frozen.

Kkkk takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Details provided at registration are used solely for account management, KYC verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
